The weekend before we left for this trip,
we went to Berkeley Buddhist Temple for Maya's "Hatsumairi."
The first visit to the local temple to introduce the new baby.
旅行に出る前の週末には真弥の初参りに、バークレーのお寺に行きました。
Chi Hui and Tracey came to celebrate with us.
近くに住んでいるぢひちゃんとトレイシーさんも
朝早くから一緒にお祝いに来てくれました。
Reverend Matsumoto has done a few services for my host-family, Onos
so I decided to come to this temple instead of the one in SF.
We went out for a brunch afterwards.
Then to see the steam train.
